Service Description

Description Procurement fraud, which can happen at any point in the contracting and procurement process, has increased as a result of the rise in contract management and the outsourcing of goods and services. In order to combat this fraud, appropriate controls, fraud prevention techniques, and appropriate tendering procedures are required. Collusion between bidders, between employers and contractors, and by lone procurement employees are all ways that organisations can be conned. As such, you must be aware of the risks and weaknesses linked to fraud schemes that target the contract, procurement, and buying departments. You will learn the information, abilities, and methods required to stop, identify, discourage, and look into these serious frauds during this short course. You will learn how to: - Determine if a procurement scheme violates legal statutes or civil laws. - Identify the red flags of bribery and corruption. - Recognise bid-rigging and market-allocation schemes. - Reduce the risk of vendor fraud. - Develop an investigation plan to respond to suspected procurement fraud.
