Cancellation Policy

Booking, Quotation and Cancellation Policy Quotation Validity and Booking Confirmation Quotations are valid until 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement date of the course. A seat is not considered confirmed based on a quotation alone. An invoice will only be issued once the delegate or organisation: confirms their intention to proceed with the booking; and provides either payment, a valid purchase order (PO), or a formal commitment letter. All course fees and pricing are subject to change without prior notice until an invoice has been issued. Africa Training Academy reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings if the course reaches capacity. Payment Terms Full payment must be received before the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Delegates may not attend a course until all outstanding fees have been settled, unless a valid purchase order or written agreement is in place. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy becomes effective once payment has been received or a purchase order/commitment letter has been accepted. The following cancellation fees will apply: More than 3 weeks prior to the event: No cancellation fee. Within 3 weeks prior to the event: 50% cancellation fee. Within 2 weeks prior to the event: 100% cancellation fee. No-show delegates: 100% cancellation fee. Substitutions and Transfers Delegate substitutions are welcomed at no additional cost, provided Africa Training Academy is notified in writing. No substitutions will be permitted within 10 (ten) days of the event commencement date. Requests to transfer a booking to a future course date will be considered at the sole discretion of Africa Training Academy and may be subject to administrative fees or pricing adjustments. Refunds Any approved refunds will be processed only after all supporting documentation has been received and verified. Refunds will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees as outlined above. Refund processing times may vary depending on banking and administrative requirements. Force Majeure Africa Training Academy shall not be held liable for the cancellation, postponement, or interruption of any course due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, delegates may be offered an alternative course date or credit toward a future event.
