Service Description

Course Objectives The Ethics Risk Assessment (ERA) is a structured process conducted periodically to identify an organisation’s ethical risks, opportunities, and improvement strategies. Aligned with the King IV Corporate Governance Principles, the ERA enables organisations to assess their ethical culture, develop an Ethics Risk Profile, and implement a practical ethics management strategy. This course provides participants with the knowledge and tools to conduct an Ethics Risk Assessment, develop ethics management plans, and promote a psychologically safe workplace that encourages integrity, ethical behaviour, and a strong speak-up culture. Course Content Day 1: Ethics Risk Assessment - Ethics and compliance fundamentals - Ethics management frameworks - Planning and conducting an Ethics Risk Assessment - Risk identification, analysis, and control evaluation - Ethics maturity assessments - Developing ethics strategies and implementation plans - Reporting findings and recommendations Day 2: Psychological Safety & Workplace Integrity - Creating psychologically safe workplaces - Building cultures of trust and integrity - Addressing toxic workplace behaviours - Emotional intelligence and conflict management - Managing burnout and employee wellbeing - Supporting workplace wellness initiatives - Leadership's role in modelling ethical behaviour - Developing and implementing long-term integrity strategies Duration: 2 Days Who Should Attend Fraud Examiners, Risk Officers, Compliance Officers, Ethics Officers, HR Practitioners, and Internal Auditors involved in ethics governance and risk management.

Registration Policy It is the sole responsibility of delegates to ensure that they satisfy the minimum requirements set by the ACFE for the CFE Exam. The AFRICA Training Academy gives no warranty and accepts no responsibility or liability for a delegate's admission or rejection by the ACFE to write the CFE Exam. Under no circumstances will the Academy be held responsible or liable in any way for any reason if the ACFE rejects a delegate's exam application or does not certify a delegate after considering his or her CFE exam application. I hereby authorise the AFRICA Training Academy and its authorised representatives to process and collect my academic records, transcripts, and other academic-related records. I hereby grant permission to the AFRICA Training Academy and its authorised representatives to report on my academic performance/records to the ACFE SA, the appropriate qualification authority and quality council. Refund Policy *Please take note all quotations are only valid for 14 (fourteen) days, if you have not requested an invoice within the 14 (fourteen) days following the date of quotation issued, you will forfeit your seat/booking.
